One plate, please

I see many Ontario car license plates made illegible by peeling paint, rust, dirt or tinted covers. In my opinion, Ontario should go to the oneplate system (rear).

Existing obsolete front plates could be returned and sold for scrap. New single rear plates could be gradually phased in. Drivers could use personalized or sports teams front plates, etc. This would create a new industry and jobs in Ontario.

Quebec has had this system for decades with no problems.
